Activities

Floraison’s main actions include radio programs on economic, social, and cultural rights; dissemination of the Persons and Family Code ; and awareness-raising and training on community land rights and women’s access to property and land. The organization also promotes the right to adequate food, dialogue on food policy and systems in Togo, and action for peace consolidation and statebuilding.

In the field of peacebuilding, Floraison serves as a focal point for planning, consolidating peace, and strengthening the state. It supports civil society engagement in conflict prevention, as well as in peace consolidation and maintenance.

Floraison has been working in the field of peacebuilding and well-being since its inception. The organization has always advocated for harmony among people to safeguard peace and unity.

Floraison collaborates with other organizations on projects that promote mutual understanding. It works closely with the WANEP-Togo network in the areas of peace and conflict resolution. Activities in this area have included training workshops and awareness sessions. Beneficiaries of these sessions have expressed satisfaction and a desire for more. However, some people have not yet had access to such training but are in need of it. Unfortunately, resources are not always available to meet these demands. Floraison remains in search of the means necessary to help establish peace, harmony, and understanding throughout the country.
